Main project features: Design a rail based national distribution network for both BlueScope & OneSteel from multiple origin & destination points.

• Designed a national train & operational plan for the distribution of products nationally.
• Calculated the workforce plan required.
• Work with contractors and designed a modular products handling system that used non-specific rollingstock.
