Main project features: Requirement for an additional 12 Mtpa to rectify a short fall in supply plan due to cyclone

• Worked as part of a cross functional team and achieved an additional 12 Mtpa after a supply plan shortfall caused by weather events in 2014.
• Prepared a strategy for timed departures of train services to a TAC time from both mines and ports.
• Introduction of a 6 hourly planning meeting to coordinate all train sets.
• Set up reporting and recording systems to look for systemic issues
