Main project features: Develop a Fleet standardisation plan inclusive of capex requirements.

• Produced a 5 year rolling plan to increase loco reliability for QR’s national Intermodal train services by incorporating maintenance schedules using a mixture of projected KM’s travelled and manufactures schedules
• Produced a 10 year wagon capital plan to reduce leased assets and match wagon requirements to customer needs.
